Payroll Supervisor

In this role, you will oversee the payroll clerks to guarantee that payroll functions are processed efficiently and correctly. Your expertise will be key in auditing payroll information, identifying discrepancies, and taking corrective measures to uphold integrity. You will also provide professional, friendly service to internal stakeholders, building strong relationships. Reconciling payroll with the general ledger and cash book by deadlines will be part of your routine, demonstrating your attention to detail.

To succeed, you should bring between five and eight years of experience in payroll management. Proficiency in payroll software such as Acc Pac, Sage 300, and general payroll administration skills are essential. Your ability to audit, reconcile, and lead a team in a fast-paced setting will be highly valued.
