• Lead our sales team, across three inland regions, executing against budgets. Manage teams, drive strategy whilst adapting to diverse market dynamics.
• Foster customer relationships by delivering a superior performance management while supporting our culture and align efforts with company goals.
• Drive sales growth through strategic planning, data insights, customer focus, and lead conversion.
• Lead, support, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and uphold company values.
• Manage budgets, track performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
• Build strong customer relationships by resolving issues and delivering excellent service.
• Reporting to General Manager

• National Senior Certificate (Non-negotiable)

• Communication Skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & SAP Business One
• Technical motor vehicle air-conditioning understanding and product knowledge preferred
• Automotive Parts Product Knowledge
• Customer service / experience
• Mathematical Numeracy
• Business acumen

• Exposure: CRM Exposure
• Exposure: OKR Process and understanding
• Exposure:
  Netstock & Qlikview
• Existing customer network

• 5 years sales experience preferably Automotive Parts related
• 2 years Management / Supervisory experience.
• Wholesale / Retail Replacement Parts Sales experience preferable
• Experience / Knowledge in Automotive
  -Mobile (moving) - Air Conditioning preferable.
• Proven track record delivering sales growth

• 30K – 40K depending on experience
• Commission
