We are seeking an experienced Business transformation and operational excellence lead to drive operational excellence and efficiency.

This role combines a focus on process automation and business transformation with a strong emphasis on identifying, analysing, and executing improvement opportunities. This role focuses on evaluating current workflows, designing, and deploying process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The successful candidate will partner closely with Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that streamline operations, reduce costs, enhance productivity, and improve service quality.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and change leadership in complex environments across multiple processes.
