About the RoleWe are looking for a superstar enterprise sales leader—a proven closer who has sold multimillion-dollar contracts to large corporates, enterprises, and multinational organizations across South Africa.
If you've spent the last years shaping major deals, navigating complex procurement cycles, and building C-suite relationships that last, you're exactly who we want.
Experience selling travel, corporate travel management solutions, aviation products / services, or enterprise SaaS for travel / expense optimization is a big plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end enterprise sales strategy and pipeline for South Africa and the broader African region.
Identify, pitch, and close large enterprise deals (>$1M) with corporates, government organizations, and major travel buyers.
Build and expand strong relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, and finance leaders.
Deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals tailored to enterprise travel optimization needs.
Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to customize solutions for clients.
Drive country-level revenue goals and expansion milestones.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with key travel ecosystem partners.
What We’re Looking For- Years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
Deep network across corporates, large enterprises, and government organizations in South Africa.
Strong experience in corporate travel, TMCs, airlines, travel technology, expense / travel optimization, or enterprise SaaS is highly desirable.
A true hunter with exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and deal-shaping skills.
Ability to work independently, deliver results, and thrive in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.
Outstanding communication and executive-level presentation skills.
