Junior Site Agent (Roads Construction) – Johannesburg.
We are seeking a Junior Site Agent with 3+ years experience in earthworks and road construction.
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable South African tertiary institution.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- At least 3 years’ hands‑on experience as a Site Engineer or Junior Site Agent working on roads / earthworks projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. CCS (Candy) will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid drivers’ license
- Residing in the Gauteng or North West provinces (where projects are based).
