Concrete​/Finishing Foreman

As a Concrete / Finishing Foreman, you’ll oversee on-site construction activities related to concrete works and finishing. This role suits a hands‑on leader who can coordinate teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule. You’ll work closely with site management and subcontractors to deliver projects according to specifications and deadlines.

• Supervise daily concrete and finishing activities on site.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
• Read and interpret drawings and ensure work meets specifications.
• Monitor quality of concrete placement, curing, and finishing.
• Enforce health and safety standards and site compliance.
• Track progress against programme and report delays or risks.
• Conduct inspections and resolve workmanship issues.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, and productivity updates.

• 3- 6 years of experience as a Concrete or Finishing Foreman in construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete works, finishing methods, and site practices.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
