About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly competent and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee diverse construction projects in Randburg. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all site operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating labor and resources, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Your leadership will directly impact project delivery, safety compliance, and overall site productivity, contributing significantly to the successful completion of builds within the bustling Gauteng region and upholding our client's commitment to excellence.
- Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Supervise and direct site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement and enforce stringent health and safety protocols on site, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and suppliers to ensure efficient resource allocation and workflow.
- Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to prevent delays.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, material delivery records, and progress reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction site management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction sites and projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
