We are now looking for a highly motivated and skilled Junior Construction Manager to join our team and help us continue our success.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be based at our headquarters in the UK and will be required to travel to various construction sites as needed.

• Assisting senior construction managers in planning and coordinating construction projects
• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites
• Ensuring that projects are completed within the specified time frame and budget
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress and identifying any potential issues or delays
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites
• Assisting in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates
• Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Assisting in the selection and procurement of materials and equipment
• Providing support to the project team in resolving any technical or logistical issues
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in construction management

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites as needed
