Our client is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Contracts Manager to take full commercial ownership of major construction projects in Johannesburg and surrounding areas. This role is for a seasoned professional - someone who understands construction inside and out, thrives under pressure, and knows how to protect margins while delivering excellence. Requirements- 10+ years relevant experience in within the construction industry
- Education:
BSc/ BTech in Construction Management or a related field - Extensive experience on large scale construction projects
- Registration with SACQSP is advantageous
- Knowledge of JBCC
- Proficient in CCS
- Full lifecycle management of construction contracts, from tender award to final account
- Drafting, reviewing, and administering all contractual documentation
- Managing subcontractor agreements, variations, claims, and dispute resolution
- Leading commercial negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensuring strict compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
