- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and quality control records.
- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment among all site personnel.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in construction environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field is advantageous.
