Fashion Ecommerce UX and Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented and versatile UX and Graphics Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across print, digital, and social platforms to support Ananse’s programs, branding, and promotional efforts. This role combines strong creative skills with technical proficiency in design software and an understanding of how visual storytelling drives fashion and ecommerce growth.

• Conduct user research and analyse user feedback
• Assist product and marketing teams with the development of wireframes, prototypes and user flows to effectively convey design concepts and user requirements
• Support the team in maintaining design presentations and documentation
• Collaborate with the marketing, customer service and development teams to refine & enhance user experience elements and iterate designs

• Develop engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, events, and social media platforms.
• Create promotional materials including flyers, banners, brochures, and merchandise branding.
• Design digital assets optimized for websites, e-newsletters, and ecommerce channels.
• Edit photos and videos to produce high-quality media content.
• Deliver training in graphic design and media

• Work closely with the Marketing and Programs teams to maintain consistent brand identity.
• Translate campaign concepts into impactful visual executions.
• Collaborate with the production and creative studios to design materials that showcase Ananse’s services.

• Stay up to date with global design trends, fashion branding aesthetics, and digital media innovations.
• Experiment with new styles, tools, and approaches to keep Ananse’s visuals fresh and industry-leading.

• Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions.
• Assist in design project management and organization
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders
• Perform other duties as required by management

• Degree or Diploma in Multimedia/Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (strong portfolios without formal qualifications will also be considered).
• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Familiarity with design for ecommerce and social media platforms is an advantage.

• Organized, deadline‑driven, and capable of managing multiple design projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Curious, innovative, and eager to explore design’s role in fashion and technology.
• Ability to multi‑task and work under pressure
• Willingness to work outside of normal working hours
