Responsibilities include overseeing agent productivity, resolving customer issues, and performance reporting. Candidates should have a strong background in customer service, leadership experience, and knowledge of call centre practices. This role requires a Matric and a relevant degree or diploma, with 5 years of experience in customer service, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
