Assist customers with account queries and issues, respond to digital platform enquiries, open new customer accounts, and maintain high service standards.
What you’ll do:- Assist customers with account queries and issues
- Respond to digital platform enquiries
- Upload and verify FICA documents
- Open new customer accounts
- Assist with online deposits and withdrawals
- Build strong, professional customer relationships
- Maintain high service standards at all times
- Matric / National Senior Certificate
- Previous call centre experience (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Computer literate with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willing to work night shifts and after hours
- Own reliable transport (no company transport provided)
- Must live within 20km of Head Office
