What you’ll do:

Assist customers with account queries and issues
Respond to digital platform enquiries
Upload and verify FICA documents
Open new customer accounts
Assist with online deposits and withdrawals
Build strong, professional customer relationships
Maintain high service standards at all times

What we’re looking for:

Matric / National Senior Certificate
Previous call centre experience (essential)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Computer literate with high attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Willing to work night shifts and after hours
Own reliable transport (no company transport provided)
Must live within 20km of Head Office
