Position: Digital Asset Manager (Fixed Term)

For this role we are looking for a Brand Guardian

  • Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary, but it is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Frontify platform is not necessary but it is advantageous.
  • Availability to work on Ogilvy campus.
  • Sufficient agency experience to enable you to relate to, and interact with, the typical agency and client userbase.
  • Clear understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography and layout.
  • Knowledge of design production processes, printing and digital media.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of information organization, classification, and metadata standards.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
The candidate should also possess the following skills and characteristics
  • Well organized and good attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership towards task completion.
  • Excellent presentation skills both in person and online.
  • Understand and differentiate the range of formats of brand components.
  • Clear, unambiguous communication skills suitable for structuring brands, campaigns and business information systems and providing calm and respectful user support.
  • Well developed analytical skills to consistently learn ways to improve efficiencies, as well as to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in digital librarianship.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and proficiency in adapting to changing requirements.
  • Well-versed in change management.
  • Proof of participation in workshops, seminars, and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and advancements is advantageous.
What you’ll be doing to lead Agency and Client growth Key Tasks and Responsibilities

These tasks are not exhaustive, candidates may be expected to carry out additional duties or responsibilities, which fall reasonably within the ambit of the job description, or in accordance with operational requirements.

Moving Ogilvy users into Ogilvy x Frontify
  • Contribute towards development of Ogilvy Systems (OS) induction content.
  • Share responsibility in implementing OS induction activities namely presenting and distributing OS induction presentation and goose chase survey.
  • Contribute towards development and presentation of Ogilvy x Frontify training.
  • Collate list of newcomers to Ogilvy and distribute Newbies newsletter at least twice a month.
Client brand moving into Ogilvy x Frontify
  • Collaborate and develop plans and price quotes for client brands to move into Ogilvy x Frontify.
  • Assist Ogilvy team with invoicing client brands.
  • Manage and grow the brand utilization.
  • Develop and present training content for Ogilvy and client brand communities.
  • Develop and distribute newsletter content both for Ogilvy community and client brand communities too.
Build, grow and manage Frontify libraries
  • Build backend libraries by preparing, uploading, and cataloguing content.
  • Catalogue and add metatag information to all items that are uploaded to the various libraries on the Frontify platform. This is to ensure that they are more easily found when search filters are applied by users.
  • Recommend and create collections of components.
  • Archive components when public access rights change.
  • Handover to designated Ogilvy teams.
  • Document and respond to user requests for upgraded access on Ogilvy x Frontify.
Design, develop and maintain Frontify guidelines
  • To introduce and onboard users to Ogilvy x Frontify.
  • To introduce and onboard users to a clients online brand guideline.
  • To introduce and onboard users to a clients campaign look & feel and guideline.
  • Recommend best practice and collaborate creatives responsible for building online brand style guides.
  • To provide optimal and, where relevant, targeted access to backend libraries via the guideline.
  • To provide optimal and, where relevant, targeted access to a brands digital guard book.
  • To provide access to Ogilvy content and ways of working playbooks where relevant.
