Orange Grove Primary School (OGPS) is a small and growing metropolitan school set in a beautiful rural setting located on the edge of the Darling Escarpment near Bickley Reservoir. The Role

The successful applicant should assist teaching staff in the delivery of planned education programs and in promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment. They will also provide feedback when required on education and therapy programs and participate in the evaluation process relating to student progress. The ability to assist with the general health and wellbeing of students is highly desired.
To be successful in the role, you will ideally use strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills which will be used to develop and promote the school’s values, ethos, and priorities across the school community. The successful applicant should ideally possess the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, students, and teachers. Experience working independently delivering phonics intervention via Promoting Literacy Development (PLD) or other synthetic phonics programs would be beneficial to the role.
