Live-in master boarding master​/Disciplinary head

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily boarding routines, discipline, and learner conduct
• Provide strong pastoral care, mentorship, and moral guidance
• Enforce the schools code of conduct with fairness and consistency
• Supervise homework, study periods, meals, and after-school routines
• Ensure learner safety, safeguarding, and emotional well-being
• Liaise with school management, staff, and parents when required

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Proven experience working with children/adolescents (boarding, hostel, discipline, or residential care)
• Strong disciplinary and leadership skills
• SACE registration (or eligibility) advantage
• Clear criminal record
  , child protection & safeguarding compliance
• Commitment to the schools values and faith-based ethos

• Firm, fair, and compassionate
• Strong moral character and integrity
• Positive role model and mentor
• Able to manage both Primary and High School learners
• Willing to live on school premises
