Technical Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical site data (Mother station & customer sites) and recommend improvements

• Execute and track Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and continuous improvement actions

• Provide hands-on technical support across compressors, trailers, PRMS, Scada, and related systems

• Liaise with compressor, gas engine, electrical, and trailer suppliers

• Assist with project installations, commissioning, testing, and costing

• Design and implement training programs for Technicians and Operators

• Ensure safety, SHEQ compliance, and procedural integrity on-site

• Contribute to development of AI/IoT tools for proactive monitoring

• Monitor key KPIs and generate monthly reports

• Stay abreast of industry innovations and lead equipment improvement initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

• Millwright Trade Test (essential)

• Minimum 10 years of technical experience in industrial or gas environments

• Strong hands-on experience with compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, instrumentation, PLCs

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience

• Cryogenics and road tanker knowledge is advantageous

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (Green Belt beneficial)

• Proficient in data analysis, predictive modeling, and reporting

• Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel and work shifts/overtime

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Projects
