Job Description
As a Technical Delivery Lead at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical delivery of innovative projects within the Autonomous Networks domain. Collaborating closely with Central Delivery Services, Central Care services, and Project Management teams, you'll drive project success from pre-sales through to operations handover. Your expertise will shape delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, where you'll engage with diverse technical teams to tackle complex challenges and foster innovation. You'll have the opportunity to influence project outcomes, manage resource allocation, and support pre-sales initiatives, contributing directly to Nokia's mission of advancing technology and connectivity.
- Lead key and less complex projects that positively contribute to business or operation impact such as streamlining processes and tools for efficiency in functional, region or local operation.
- Manage the execution of a programme of medium complexity against agreed programme targets.
- Be responsible for project execution performance with respect to financial and operational KPIs such as cost, timelines, revenue, project assets, and customer satisfaction.
- Interface with key stakeholders at business area leadership.
- Own and manage customer relationship for assigned scope in services, delivery and performance areas.
- Ensure contract execution is based on PM@Nokia methodology and applicable BG guidelines and processes.
- Ensure proper communication to relevant stakeholders for technical requests, emergency cases, outages and project delivery issues.
- Monitor, report and optimise services delivery in alignment with relevant processes and tools providing sufficient operational visibility to stakeholders (EG Project Management, PMO, customer).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Technical Project Management and services/care delivery.
- Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills.
- Proficient in software development, integration services, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
- Experience in cost control and budgeting.

- Adaptability to new technologies, tools, and evolving client requirements.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating with development teams.
- Software lifecycle management.
