CD - Operations Engineer Department

Operations Excellence & Compliance Division

Provide operational excellence support across all production operations (Onshore and Offshore).

Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations of oil, gas, water, and marine facilities through compliance monitoring, operational assessments, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.

10+ years preferred in Oil & Gas production operations (Onshore and Offshore).

• Root cause analysis (RCA).
• Energy efficiency.

Technical Knowledge Operations monitoring of oil, gas, water, and marine production.

Analytical Skills Ability to work across production, troubleshooting, maintenance, and problem-solving.

Communication Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
