Solar PV Design Engineer

Job Description

A large renewables company with offices around the world is looking for a Solar PV Design Engineer.

Minimum requirements:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering.

• 3+ years demonstrated experience working as a Design Engineer in the solar industry.

• Previous experience in PV Power Plant Projects Execution and knowledge on mechanical installations.

• Proficient in PVsyst and related solar performance modelling software.

• Advanced user of AutoCAD and Sketch Up.

• Be qualified for the local Grid Operator/Distribution Company contracting license.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare initial drawings at proposal stage

• Prepare detailed drawings at project stage

• Perform compliance and quality control
