Over a two ‑ year period, graduates rotate through several of our business units, gaining exposure to a broad cross ‑ section of industries, projects, and consulting skill sets. This structure gives young professionals entering the workplace for the first time a unique chance to explore different areas of the business, discover their strengths, and build a strong foundation for a successful career.

• Assistance in the execution of the project scope (including the use of relevant and innovative software / technology tools)
• Brainstorming ideas and solutions with their team members
• Creation and presentation of client deliverables (e.g. data models, reports, presentations etc.)
• Identifying areas for improvement and creating solutions to streamline the client’s service delivery / organisational structures and ways of working / technology / governance & control / performance data & insights / processes, and procedures
• Research and collection of evidence (including information required to stress-test the client’s perspectives on the reason for their challenges / requirements)
• Assistance with project control (initiation, tracking, reporting, risk management, budget analysis)
• Liaising with all levels of client personnel (e.g., hosting client interviews, meetings, and workshops)
• Business development support which includes assisting with the development of client proposals, providing support to the client service team and providing support in the creation of industry thought leadership

Applicants must hold (or be completing) an undergraduate, honours, or master’s degree in one of the following fields:

• BCom Finance / Financial Management or similar
• BCom Investment Management / Economics & Finance or similar
• BBusSci Finance / Economics & Finance or similar
• BCom Accounting with Finance Electives or similar
• Postgraduate Diploma in Finance / Investment Management or similar
• Honours in Finance / Investments or similar
• Masters in Finance / Development Finance or similar
• BSc Artificial Intelligence or similar
• BSc Data Science or similar
• BSc Computer Science / Computer Science & Data Science / Informatics or similar
• BSc Information Technology or similar
• BEng Software Engineering or similar
• BEng Computer Engineering or similar
• BCom Business Analytics / Information Systems / Informatics or similar
• BEng Civil Engineering or similar
• BEng Mechanical Engineering or similar
• BEng Chemical Engineering or similar
• BEng Industrial Engineering or similar
• BEng Mining Engineering or similar
• BEng Computer Engineering or similar
• BEng Software Engineering or similar
• BEng Mechatronics Engineering or similar
• Masters in Industrial Psychology - only students with a Masters or currently completing their Masters studies will be considered
