Key Responsibilities:- Execution of continuous improvement programs in the business value chain network.
- Execution of the continuous improvement programs with a high focus on supporting organizational strategic goals.
- Management and improvement of WINS (Weir Integrated Network System) framework adoption in the EMEA region.
- Use of data analysis techniques to identify organizational trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
- Demonstrate high quality of work in the form of report writing, Oral and written presentations.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field, with proven experience in the application of Lean tools and methodologies.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within an enterprise environment, leading continuous improvement programmes, including Value Stream Mapping, RCA, Cost Management, TPM, Problem Solving, and Six Sigma projects.
- Strong capability to create dashboards and visually interactive reports using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite & ERP systems, with SAP knowledge considered an added advantage.
