Senior Bid Coordinator

Our Client is a multi‑disciplinary company with expertise across both private and government sectors. Their consulting services include all facets of engineering (e.g. structural, infrastructure, and MEP), programme management, project management, and advisory services.

You will be responsible for end‑to‑end management of all bids as well as bid identification, pipeline and key account management. You will lead from the front, often getting involved in the deliverables and ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality control.

• National Diploma or Degree in engineering, construction, business, arts, languages (or similar)
• Post Graduate qualification will be an advantage

• At least 8 years’ experience within a bid office/team, producing content/deliverables for bids and packing of bids.
• Experience in the built environment will be an advantage
• Very strong attention to detail and accurate work products
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong organizational, time and planning skills
• Must be able to manage several tasks simultaneously, and prioritise as necessary
