This position requires full-time presence at our Centurion, South Africa office.
Position overviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior RF Antenna Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an expert in antenna design and RF engineering, you will play a pivotal role in the development and innovation of cutting-edge antenna solutions. ResponsibilitiesNote: The following responsibilities are grouped under the Configuration/Operations domain.
- Manage and maintain all company documentation.
- Develop and implement new procedures and work instructions.
- Lead process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Streamline workflows to reduce waste and improve process accuracy.
- Education (Required):
Grade 12, Technicon Diploma - Education (Preferred):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related BSc - Experience:
5+ years in Quality and Configuration Management, ideally within manufacturing or the military sector
- Extensive experience in Quality and Configuration Management, with a focus on manufacturing environments.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, self-driven, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (preferred).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in creating bill of materials from assembly drawings or instructions.
- Dedication to continuous improvement in product and process optimization.
- Ability to meet strict delivery deadlines while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Configuration Management principles and practices is advantageous.
- Technical background, particularly in process automation and efficiency enhancements, is preferred.
