Your mission

Site&Customer Support

• Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswith
  
  EPCsandcontractors.
• Participateinsitevisits,surveys,andcustomermeetings.
• Conductorassistwithon-sitetechnicaltesting(e.g.,geotechnicalandmechanicaltests).
• Provideinstallationtraining,demonstrations,andcommissioningsupport.
• Perform installation
  
  QA/QCinspectionsandassistwithprojecthandovers.
• Deliveron-siteandremoteaftersales,warranty,andO&Msupport.
• Manage Health&Safetydocumentationforsiteactivities.
• Identifyrecurringsiteissuesandcontributetoproductandprocessimprovements.
• Coordinateandmanagesubcontractors,ensuringcompliancewithquality,HSE,andcontractualrequirements.

• Perform incoming
  
  QA/QCinspectionsonfabricatedpartsandproducts.
• Supportin-house fabrication,assembly,andtechnicaldemonstrations.
• Developtoolsandprocessimprovementsforfabrication,warehousing,and testing.
• Providetechnicalandadministrativesupporttowarehouse,sales,andsupplychainteams.
• Assistinstandardisingservice,commissioning,andaftersalesdocumentation.

• Establishandimproveserviceandaftersalesprocessesandworkflows.
• Support
  
  ERPandreportingsystemimplementationforserviceactivities.
• Alignlocalservicepracticeswithglobalstandards.
• Assist with service contract administration, scope reviews, variations, and warranty compliance.

• Matric(Grade
  12) withstrongnumeracyandcomputerliteracy.
• Technical qualification (Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred)
• Minimum5years’experienceinmanufacturingorconstruction,ideallyinatechnical/engineering environment.
• Solar
  
  PVprojectlifecycleexperienceadvantageous.
• Experiencemanagingsubcontractorsandservice/construction contracts.
• Proficientwithhandtools,measuring instruments,MSOffice,andCAD(ERPexposureadvantageous).
• Valid driver’slicenceandpassport.
• Health&Safetycertificationsadvantageous(e.g.,First Aid,HIRA,SHERep,SAMTRAC).
• Strongcommunicationandcustomerengagementskills.
• Excellent problem-solvingandanalyticalability.
• Self-motivatedandabletomanagemultipletasksindependently.
• Detail-orientedwithhighqualityandsafetystandards.
• Teamplayer,culturally adaptable,andwillingtotravelextensively.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
