Product Quality Engineer

Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a Product Quality Engineer within a well-known cable/electrical manufacturing company located in the Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Must be well-versed in national and international power quality standards (IEEE, IEC & EN)

• Experienced in LV electrical distribution and MCC

• Experienced in Electrical Single-Line Diagrams, Uninterruptable Power Supply, Variable Speed Drives and Active Harmonic Filters

• Must know how to perform an Electrical Power Quality Audit with portable or fixed Power Quality Meters.

• 5 years’ experience working within a similar environment
