• Create and maintain 3D models, 2D drawings, and bills of materials
• Manage product and engineering data using CAD and PLM systems
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross‑functional engineering teams
• Participate in concept development and design reviews
• Support product development from concept through to production
• Identify opportunities for product improvement, cost reduction, and technical optimization
• Ensure designs meet regulatory, quality, and manufacturing requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ mechanical design experience
• Strong 3D CAD skills (NX preferred)
• Automotive or related industry experience advantageous
• Advanced Excel and strong computer literacy
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
• Exposure to, or interest in, using AI tools to support engineering design and productivity
• South African citizenship required

• BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering
