Job Description

■Ensures the practical implementation of the internal guidelines and external laws, and regulations in HSE by guiding through processes, providing information and monitoring progress.

■Advises managers and employees on the prevention of accidents, diseases and environmental incidents and ensures that their responsibilities in reporting incidents and accidents are clear to them.

■Monitors the implementation and execution HSE requirements and coordinates where necessary.

■Provides communication, adjusts it to the needs of the business and uses the according channels.

■Supports the preparation and implementation of HSE training courses for the management teams and works to ensure that the employees receive specific advanced training in their area of responsibility.

■Supports and participates in HSE exams at the request of the Global QHSE Officer, Regional QHSE Officer or B-EVP.

■Assists in investigating personal injuries, environmental incidents, relevant near misses and other incidents by coordinating tasks and ensuring communication.

■Advises on the preparation / creation / implementation of risk assessments and control measures (risk assessment) if required.

■Assists the management in the preparation and execution and follow-up of external.

■Provides the responsible QHSE RO with performance reports (for the company division assigned to him / her).

■And other duties as assigned.

Experience & Further Qualifications

■Degree in occupational safety / environmental protection as well as recognized operational HSE qualification, which allows membership in a professional association.

■Good knowledge of laws and regulations and relevant experience.

■Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

■Auditor qualification in the area of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

■5-10 years of professional experience in related area
