MEP Bim Modeler - Trainee

We are currently looking for MEP Engineers with a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are also encouraged to apply.

Candidates should be eager to learn, willing to undergo training, and committed to developing their technical skills in a professional work environment.

This role is based on‑site in the UAE and will require relocation.

As a BIM Modeler Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the BIM team in developing accurate and coordinated 3D models for MEP systems. Under the guidance of experienced BIM professionals, you will receive hands‑on training while contributing to project deliverables. Your responsibilities include:

• Participate in BIM training and continuously develop technical modeling skills.
• Create and update 3D MEP models using BIM software under the guidance of senior team members.
• Prepare MEP drawings, layouts, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Assist in coordinating MEP systems with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure models comply with project requirements and company standards.
• Identify and report design clashes or inconsistencies during the modeling process.
• Revise models and drawings based on project updates and client comments.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Perform other engineering and drafting‑related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Maximum of 2 years of experience in MEP engineering or a related field.
• Willing to undergo training and build a career as a BIM Modeler.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit is an advantage but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet project deadlines.
