Duties:- Drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and innovation across the organisation
- Execute and own defined initiatives to enhance processes
- Analyse processes and implement targeted improvements
- Translate data into actionable insights to support operational excellence
- BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills
- Knowledge of Kaizen, RPE, and analytics tools
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams
- Pharmaceutical industry standards
- Continuous improvement methodologies
- Competitive salary of R35,000 to R50,000 per month (Cost to Company)
