Mechanical Fitter and Turner Apprentice

As a Mechanical Fitter and Turner Apprentice at Flender in Jet Park, you will participate in a structured technical training program designed to provide hands-on experience in mechanical fitting and turning. You will work on assigned tasks and projects, contribute to solution development, and apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting. This role supports your growth toward a professional or management career in mechanical engineering.

Ideal candidates should have an N4/N5 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, basic fitting experience, and a strong willingness to learn.

• Participates in a specifically designed general or functionally defined technical introduction program
• Actively gathers broad range of initial working experience to prepare for a professional or management career with Flender
• Completes tasks assigned in the respective stages of the program
• Works in projects assigned, contributes to the solution's development and proposes new ideas based on own academic background
• Keeps in touch with the person co-ordinating the trainee program and with the superior (mentor, respectively)
• Asks for feedback and considers received feedback in own development

• Must have N4/N5 qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Must have basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the mechanical fitting, gained through structured and focused two-year vocational training period
• Must be able to communicate in English both verbal and written
• Must be willing to learn
