Minopex is seeking a continuous improvement engineer for its Graduate Programme in Industrial Engineering. The 2-year fixed-term program offers industry experience through hands‑on learning, coaching, and on‑the‑job training. Graduates will face real workplace challenges and must be willing to rotate between Minopex operations. Applicants need a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, 1‑2 years of work experience, computer literacy in MS Office, and proficiency in English.
The role does not guarantee permanent employment, and candidates must be South African citizens.
