Description
Graduate programme opportunity at Gibela Rail Transport focused on continuous improvement engineering within Africa's largest train manufacturing facility. Responsibilities- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
- Apply lean manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies
- Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimisation projects
- Support documentation and tracking of improvement initiatives
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Analytical mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
