About Description
MTN’s Global Graduate Development Programme is designed to source, develop, and fast-track top graduates into key roles across MTN’s operations in Africa and the Middle East. The programme combines formal development at MTN’s regional learning centres with on-the-job training and job rotation. It provides unique learning experiences, exposure to executive committees, mentoring, coaching, and international exchange opportunities. The programme aims to develop future leaders in fields that are critical to the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities- Participate in formal training at MTN's regional learning centres
- Gain practical work experience through job rotation and on-the-job training
- Receive mentoring and coaching from senior MTN leaders
- Engage in international exchange or secondment opportunities
- Take charge of personal development and contribute to community development projects
- Must be under 27 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 65% in one of the following fields:
Business and Management Studies, Civil Engineering, Computer Science Economics, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Marketing,Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, Mechatronic Engineering and Data Science
