You will be responsible for monitoring grid performance, managing load balancing, responding to disturbances, and implementing strategies to enhance grid stability and resilience. This position requires deep technical expertise in power systems engineering, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership to guide operational responses in real-time.

- Monitor and control the electrical grid in real-time, ensuring stability and reliability of power supply.
- Manage load forecasting, dispatching generation, and implementing load shedding protocols when necessary.
- Respond to and manage grid disturbances, power outages, and emergencies, coordinating response efforts.
- Analyze grid performance data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, capacity, and reliability.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure system security.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Power Systems.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in grid operations, power system analysis, or a related field within the utility sector.
