- Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in leading design teams.
- Extensive knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, Revit) and design codes.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and client liaison skills .
- Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) registration is essential.
- Experience in various construction sectors, including commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
