About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Production Process Engineer to join their dynamic team in Randburg . This role is essential for optimizing our manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, improve product quality, and reduce operational costs. You will be responsible for analyzing existing production methods, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new technologies and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

- Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Develop and optimize workflows, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
- Conduct process capability studies and implement statistical process control (SPC).
- Troubleshoot production problems and develop effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences in Randburg .
