Senior Geothermal Engineer

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of geothermal resource exploration and assessment projects.
• Manage the full lifecycle of geothermal power plant projects, including feasibility studies, drilling, and construction oversight.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing geothermal well performance and energy extraction efficiency.
• Conduct technical and economic analyses to ensure project profitability and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with geological, reservoir, and power plant engineering teams to integrate project components seamlessly.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project stakeholders.

• Master's degree or PhD in Geothermal Engineering , Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the geothermal energy industry .
• Proven track record in managing complex geothermal projects from conception to completion.
• Expertise in reservoir modeling, well design, and subsurface engineering principles.
• Strong understanding of power plant thermodynamics and energy conversion systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
