Project Planner P6

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  .
• Create Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules, baseline programmes and key date schedules.
• Resource-load schedules and develop project S-curves to track progress.
• Monitor actual project progress against approved baselines and update schedules accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
• Identify schedule deviations promptly and provide early warnings of potential delays.
• Develop corrective actions and recovery plans to mitigate risks.
• Monitor critical path activities and advise project management on schedule risks.
• Forecast the impact of proposed project changes on the schedule.
• Conduct delay analysis and support contractual planning compliance.
• Coordinate planning inputs across engineering, procurement and construction disciplines.
• Review contractor schedules to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
• Participate actively in project kick-off, progress and planning meetings.
• Contribute to both internal and client project reporting requirements.
• Conduct periodic site visits as necessary to support project delivery.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Project Planner role within EPCM or mining environments.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential.
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering and construction environments is advantageous.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Tertiary qualification is desirable.
• Good understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Exposure to cost engineering, planning and contracts administration is beneficial.
• Sound understanding of engineering principles and project delivery environments.
