Chemical Engineer - Plant Support & Troubleshooting

Our client is seeking a versatile Chemical Engineer to provide essential support and troubleshooting for their manufacturing operations in Randburg . In this hybrid role, you will be the go-to technical expert for addressing immediate process issues, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring plant reliability. You will work closely with production teams to diagnose problems, implement solutions, and contribute to preventative maintenance strategies.

This is a hands‑on role for an engineer who enjoys problem‑solving in a dynamic plant environment, balancing on‑site presence with remote planning and analysis, and making a tangible difference in daily operations.

• Provide immediate technical support to production teams to resolve process upsets and equipment issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• 2-4 years of experience in a plant‑based chemical engineering role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
