Responsibilities- Successful candidates will:
- Gain practical exposure to electrical engineering operations.
- Assist with maintenance, testing, and engineering support activities.
- Work within customer-focused operational teams.
- Participate in technical projects and problem-solving initiatives.
- Attend mentorship and work-readiness programmes.
- Receive and implement regular mentor feedback.
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Apply engineering principles in a professional work environment.
- NQF Level 5, 6, or 7 qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum overall academic average of 65%.
- Unemployed graduate seeking practical work experience.
- Applicants must submit the following documents:
Updated 2-page CV. Certified copy of South African copy of Matric certificate. Certified copies of academic records and qualifications. Completed aggregate-calculation Excel spreadsheet. Excel Spreadsheet Guidelines:
Step 1:
Capture ALL completed modules and percentages obtained across all tertiary qualifications.
Step 2:
Count the total number of completed modules.
Step 3:
Add all module percentages together and divide by the total number of modules to determine your overall aggregate. Important:
Applications submitted without the completed Excel spreadsheet will not be considered.
