Our client is looking for an experienced Civil / Structural Technician / Technologist to join their team. The successful candidate will have strong experience across civil and structural engineering, draughting, design and project management
, with exposure to mining, industrial and infrastructure projects
.
- 8–10+ years’ experience in civil and structural engineering.
- Education:
National Diploma, BTech in Civil/Structural Engineering or a certificate in multi-disciplinary draughting - Strong experience in AutoCAD / structural modelling and design
. - Experience with in mining, heavy industrial and social housing projects will be advantageous.
- Civil and structural draughting, design and modelling
. - Prepare RFQ documentation
, including Bills of Quantities and detailed Scopes of Work. - Manage projects from inception through to completion.
- Liaise directly with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Assist with technical assessments, structural inspections and project reporting.
