A leading wealth-management firm is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to service existing high-net-worth clients, conduct financial reviews, and contribute to monthly Funds Under Management (FUM) targets. This role suits an experienced financial adviser or relationship manager skilled in client engagement, investment products and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver professional, timeous service to all allocated clients.
- Handle, track and follow up on leads within required timelines.
- Maintain and submit daily team reconciliations and performance figures.
- Conduct FAIS-compliant client reviews, including full needs analyses and recommendations.
- Schedule and prepare appointments for wealth specialists.
- Review deal packs and will applications for accuracy before submission.
- Understand all investment products to support client queries and advice.
- Ensure strict adherence to FSCA, FAIS and internal compliance requirements.
- Achieve assigned deliverables and monthly FUM targets.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments and economic fundamentals.
- Knowledge of risk profiling and financial planning tools.
- Ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Strong sales approach and relationship-building capability.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., XPlan).
- Recognised FSCA-approved tertiary qualification (with DOFA-based completion allowances where applicable).
- RE5 exam passed or to be completed within regulatory timelines.
- Licensed or eligible for licensing under the relevant FAIS sub-categories.
- Completion of required Class of Business training.
- 2–5 years’ experience as a wealth / relationship manager working with high-net-worth clients.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning (PGDipFP).
