We are looking for a sharp minded Analyst who speaks fluent data, banking, and Big 4 consulting. If you aremissing any one of those three, this is notthe right opportunity for you. Genuinely, we would rather save you the time.

We don't do corporate fluff, we do consulting mastery, clear thinking, clever solutions, and hands-on delivery for complex financial services clients.

What you'll actually do:

• Wrangle messy data and make it tell a compelling story (SAS, SQL, Python: if you know, you know).
• Solve complex problems for banking clients.
• Decode requirements, dig into large datasets, and design dashboards that people actually use.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions that don't break under pressure.
• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates. No jargon. No smoke and mirrors.
• Keep getting better at what you do, because we are too.

What we're definitelylooking for:

• 18 to 24 months experience: you've worked at one of the Big 4. Not for a minute. Not in passing. Proper, hands-on consulting experience.
• You have worked with banks. Insurance is a bonus.
• You arefluent in data. SAS, SQL, Python. You don't need all three, but the more the better.
• You have an Honours degree. Postgrad? Even better.
• You are not afraid to learn. Especially if it's in finance, risk, or analysis.
• You are pursuing CFA, FRM or similar? We like that, so it would be a huge advantage.
