Please note that this is a 12 Months Fixed-Term Contract role.

Are you someone who can:

Be able to interpret and act on client instruction via email and or system (Inwards or Outwards) – with accuracy

Achieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standards

Manage the conversion of forex deals into sales by executing the following activities:
Working queues, Swifts.

Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements manage forex deals efficiently to minimise the total number of deals cancelled

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a minimum of matric, an NQF 5 qualification.

1 to 3 years of experience in foreign exchange / international payments

Understanding a forex environment

Be able to manage and deliver on client expectations
