We are currently looking for a Snr Tax Consultant within our Corporate Tax Business unit in Johannesburg
Purpose Of The JobThe role is designed to be proactive in all aspects of corporate tax consulting, ensuring high standards of technical accuracy, delivery and client service.
KeyJob Duties Or Responsibilities
- Produce work of high technical quality and accuracy
- Draft technically correct opinions and reports for review
- Interpret and apply theoretical knowledge to a practical business solution by utilising a sound knowledge of income tax and administration laws
- Prioritise workload to effectively meet deadlines
- Conduct research using effective research tools to gather information from different resources.
- Assist with the research and preparation of proposals
- Solve client problems by identifying issues and providing solutions using various tools and techniques Build credibility with colleagues and clients by using effective communication skills
- Contribute effectively to the discussions around work and actively participate in generating creative ideas and thoughts
- Adapt to a changing work environment and changing client demands
- Facilitate teamwork by sharing knowledge and actively engaging with colleagues
- Demonstrate strong drive and enthusiasm
- Strong technical ability and knowledge of relevant legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
