Financial Manager Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance Department, drive reporting excellence, and support strategic financial decision‑making, East Rand.

To oversee the operations of the Finance Department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework to ensure these are met.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Streamline reporting processes and ensure deadlines are met
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
• Manage finance‑related projects and deliverables

• Matric +
  BCom in Finance/Accounting
• 5+ years’ experience in financial management
• Strong skills in budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and financial controls
• Team leadership experience
• Audit, compliance, and financial modelling exposure

• CA(SA) or similar qualification
• Experience in insurance or financial services
• ERP/financial systems experience

• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent communication
• High attention to detail
• Problem‑solver who can work under pressure
• Integrity, resilience, and continuous improvement mindset

Salary: 1.3M to 1.5M
