Group Reporting Manager; US Reporting

A fast-growing and innovative fintech business is seeking a Junior Financial Manager to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong CA(SA) looking to gain exposure to international reporting, group consolidation, and US regulatory frameworks within a high-performance environment.

You will support the broader finance function across multiple international entities, including:

• Assisting with monthly close processes and reconciliations for US and European entities
• Preparing and reviewing monthly reporting packs for non-South African operations
• Producing actual vs budget analysis and delivering meaningful financial insights
• Circulating and maintaining weekly exchange rate reporting
• Supporting preparation and tie-in of annual and quarterly financial statements and related disclosures
• Assisting with US tax return schedules and reconciliation to submissions
• Preparing monthly payments for US entities
• Drafting and maintaining US GAAP accounting memoranda
• Supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, documentation, and audit processes
• Assisting with group consolidation reporting
• Supporting broader financial management and operational finance responsibilities

• CA(SA) qualification
• 3 years post-articles experience
• Big 4 training preferred
• Exposure to US reporting environments (e.g., multinational audits, mining, large, listed group exposure, etc.)
• Strong ability to manage deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical accounting and analytical capability
