Minimum 3 years experience in Dealer Distribution Operations Specialist role with strong relationship building. Dealer support & relationship management experience to act as the primary point of contact for dealers, addressing queries, resolving complaints, and supporting sales staff. Further education essential.

• Provide specialist administrative and operations support and advice against standard operating procedures.
• Ad hoc duties: provide support to customers and team as required on an ongoing basis.

  fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC):
Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
