Finance & Insurance Dealer Support Administrator

We have an exciting new vacancy for a Finance and Insurance Support Administrator for a company within the trucking and commercial industry in Johannesburg, East Rand.

Provide administrative and compliance support to F&I and floor plan functions by processing finance and insurance applications, liaising with banks and insurers, tracking and reporting on deals, reconciling stock and floor plan accounts, ensuring timely settlements and payouts, maintaining compliance and audit‑ready records, and monitoring interest and cost exposure.

• Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Business, Accounting or Administration (advantageous).
• Good in maths (must have been a subject in school).
• Good Excel skills.
• Completed NCA.
• Min 2-4 years’ experience in F&I assistant in a dealership.
• Automotive dealership administration, banking operations.
• Knowledge of vehicle finance, insurance products, and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Confident and proactive approach- anticipates issues and requirements.
• Read and write in English.
• Clean criminal record.
• Valid code 8 driver’s licence.
• Grade 12/Matric.
